Essential Measurement Information
Based on some customer feedback we've been getting, we'd like to explain how our sizes work.
Our masks come in 4 sizes (Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large). There are 2 measurements you need to take to know what size will fit you.
The first is from the middle of your nose, to behind your ear (on one side). This is the most important one, and if it ends up being bigger than measurement 2, please use measurement 1 as your size.
Measurement 2 is from the middle of your nose to just under your chin.
If you are close to the boundary on any of these measurements please order a size up!How to measure

- Refer to the size chart. If your measurements are close to the size boundary, please order a size up.

How to wear
Our masks are designed to contour your face and therefore have a right way and wrong way up. They have a higher bridge for the nose and rounded bottom for your chin.
Our products are hand made so always wash your mask before use. Avoid touching your face whilst wearing your mask for maximum protection.
Our face masks are printed with Quilted Jersey fabric which is 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane. 3 ply thick fabric.
To put on your face mask correctly, place over your nose and mouth with clean hands, then pull the stretchy straps over both ears. Adjust the fabric to ensure it completely covers your nose, mouth & chin.
To safely remove your mask, unhook the straps from behind your ears and lift the mask from your face, taking care not to touch the front of your mask. Always wash your hands after use.
Always wash your mask after each use for maximum protection.
Washing
- Machine wash 30°C-60°C.
- Do not tumble dry.

Medical Information
Please note: These custom face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). So please DO NOT purchase these face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from Coronavirus. They are more about protecting others to reduce spread. Please wash your mask regularly, ideally daily, to keep it fresh and hygienic. Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, the masks are non-returnable.
